Current research methods for assessing the hazard of biocides

Abstract
В современных условиях, диктующих необходимость вывода на рынок новой биоцидной продукции, чрезвычайно актуальна всестороння оценка её токсичности и опасности (как действующих веществ, так и препаративных форм) для здоровья человека и среды его обитания в сжатые сроки при минимальных финансовых затратах. Решение поставленных задач требует широкого внедрения в практику отечественной токсикологии:
- альтернативных методов исследования химических веществ, в том числе in chemico, in silico, in vitro, ex vivo;
- комплексного подхода к оценке токсичности и опасности химических веществ;
- риск-ориентированного подхода, основанного на пути неблагоприятного исхода (AOP) [1–3].
