Abstract

Заболеваемость острыми кишечными инфекциями, в том числе сальмонеллёзами, остаётся одной из наиболее актуальных проблем здравоохранения, причиняет вред здоровью населения и экономике страны. Значительная часть вспышек кишечных инфекций связана с употреблением контаминированных сальмонеллами пищевых продуктов [1].
